JOB TITLE: Product Design Engineer

JOB SUMMARY: Working with the research and design team, conceptualizing and designing new products, testing products, and drafting the specifications for the manufacturing of new products.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Responsible for product development and improvement
• Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief.
• Working with the CAD engineering team and conceptualizing new product ideas by using CAD software to design prototypes.
• Sampling order management and Lead the Sampling team
• Product Engineering and PPM Management
• Testing products throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems and review the manufacturing feasibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Engineer with 4 + Years experience in Furniture industry

SKILLS:

Auto CAD, Solid Works, Good team Player, Standardisation, Wood processing knowledge, Problem Solving attitude, Creativity, Technical Skills & Communication etc.

SALARY: Negotiable
